Baby Signing TimeI started introducing Lucas to sign language literally the day he came home from the hospital. At around a year, we began watching the Baby Signing Time Volume 1 DVD together. By 16 months, Lucas was signing along with the videos and singing the songs.

Petting FarmThis Little Scholastic Petting Farm book has been one of Lucas' favorites since he was teeny tiny! It comes with a DVD of farm animals, which teaches about names for baby animals, as well as which "sounds" they make. Not gonna lie, it's pretty adorable.
It's running time is about 20 minutes, which is the perfect amount of time for me to hop in the shower, do the dishes, or fold the laundry. |
